The Ohio Association of Second Harvest hopes this page will help emergency food assistance providers, volunteers, and foodbank staff find the information they need to help clients to navigate the system for the benefits they may be eligible for and need. Additionally, it provides links to other non-profit organizations providing services to help end hunger both locally and nationally.

America's Second Harvest—The Nation's Food Bank Network is the nation's largest Charitable hunger-relief organization:

MedicareThis page provides information on public and private programs that offer discounted or free medication, programs that provide help with other health care costs, and Medicare health plans that include prescription coverage. It also provides information on even more ways you can reduce your prescription drug costs, such as by using generic alternatives.

Medicare-Approved Drug Discount Cards
This site now has information about the new Medicare-approved drug discount cards. Most people with Medicare can get a Medicare-approved drug discount card. If you choose to enroll in a Medicare-approved drug discount card one month, you can start saving by using your discount card as early as the first day of the next month.
