This report tracks the number of agencies served, pounds distributed by type, meals served, the number of households, and the population served by the 12 Ohio regional America's Second Harvest Foodbanks across all 88 counties. It is posted as an Excel spreadsheet. Please do not fill this form out on line as we have not worked out all the bugs yet. Download this form, complete the information, and send the file to [email protected].
